Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. This only applies to full priced items.

 To be eligible for a return, your return product MUST:

• Have the original KYBUNDLES packaging still intact. This includes ALL TAGS, BINDS AND LABELS.
• DO NOT BRUSH OUT, COLOUR, CUT OR BLEACH
• BUNDLES/WIGS/FRONTALS CANNOT BE WORN

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR REFUNDS DO NOT MEET THESE STANDARDS YOUR REFUND WILL BE REJECTED.

 

ONCE WE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM AND IT MEETS ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS. YOUR REFUND WOULD THEN BE PROCESSED.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED.
